Joint-Ops Tourny 23AUG14

Had a Joint-Ops tournament this past weekend over at Avatar Comics and Games, lots of fun to be had and nice team up shenanigans.

It was Morats & Steel Phalanx vs Japanese & Combined vs Steel Phalanx & Corregidor vs Caledonia & Caledonia.

During the tournament Todd West of GoWest Terrain dropped by to give one of our JSA players and his Bakunin playing wife their commissioned Yu Jing theme table that is just ridiculously awesome!

All in all I had alot of fun TOing my last Infinity event in Las Vegas and of the Summer.

WarCoring at Empire Games.

Did Some WarCoring this past week, several demo games at new store who are interested in Infinity.

Also I was rocking Operation: Icestorm as it truly is perfect for learning Infinity.

Reverend Custodier Paint UP

Painted up a Reverend Custodier in about 6 hours.

 Left the arms off to get into the small spaces.

 Light Gray for the coat and Bloody Red for the interior.

 Solid White for the mask and torso armor with variants of field blue for the under garment on the legs and arms.

 Basalt Gray mixed with black for the boots and straps and watered down Vallejo for the exterior of the coat and, armor and leggings along with GW Crimson wash for the red.

 Matt varnish on everything but the boots, that got a semi gloss for a leather effect.

 Same colored straps in the back and a clean up afterwards.

 Painted up the arms separately Basalt Gray on the Boarding Shot Gun highlighted with light gray and hints of white. Bone White with nulin oil for the grip and butt.

Turqiose washed and removed, dabbed white and Gloss varnish for the wrist coms.

Vallejo Game and Model Colors and GW washes. Next week I'll have the mask kabuki'd out and the base painted up. Possibly post up my The Lizard, I hope it scares players with its paint scheme, put up what I've already finished in the past and do a step by step of a Vertigo Zond.

Another day of Tigerland: Infinity Training Grounds Hacking. @Avatar Comics and Games.

This time was much smoother I had a solid plan ready and a cheat sheet to keep track and order of the tutorial. I had Cory advance DeFersen and along each building immobilizing Heavy Infantry, Remotes and a tag. Ending the run with anti hacker protocols putting Zoe in the dirt.

 He's admiring the destruction he's wrought upon the Nomads technology based troops.

 We covered everything from attacking in hacking to EVO repeaters. Once we went over how powerful DeFersen could become and how Cory could assist his 3 Crusader Brethren with trajectory assistance he combat jumped on a box of Mulebots and we'll be seeing them soon.

Normally I'm too handsome for photography so I had to ugly up the image with the angry rock face!

First Blog, doing the WarCoring for Corvus Belli's amazing game Infinity; Tigerlands: Hacking with Emmet Taber.

 The Zerat hacker tries to get the drop on Pi-well.

 In turn she gets attacked in cyberspace by a Reverend Custodier and Pi-well's companion Zoe via Anti-Hacker Protocols and is taken out of the game for her trouble.

Markers are from Customeeple and the terrain is from GoWest terrain. Both are great companies that I'm happy to be able to work with so closely this past 6 months.
